Slu (aka Professor Slu, Froth Monster, Dogg, Andrea to her mom) is an art education professor, visual journal researcher, designer, snowboarder, and, what she likes to think of, a creative human being.
That’s what she likes to journal, teach, and write about. Creativity is so impacted by culture — and as an art teacher and professional artist, she loves connecting how our everyday cultures are so important in creative living.

Fascinated by how learning is impacted by Creativity, her visual and teaching processes are fueled by this curious study. Whether in drawing, designing, or riding,
Andrea connects her various types of lines through plein air sketchbook drawings, snowboarding, studio collaborations, and sharing Creativity with all types of students.
A firm believer in the power of little-c creativity (daily creative acts), Professor Slu provides various workshops and lectures on how to embrace one’s own creative light to find more connection and fun through creative pursuits.
